Last night I was not productive. I was so lazy and kind of busy at the same time. So meal prepping did not get done.
I went out for lunch today and got a Freshii Bamboo bowl.
It was my first time getting the Bamboo bowl and I loved it. I subbed out mushrooms and got Peanut Thai sauce instead of Green Curry sauce. It came with lime wedges, brown rice, carrots, coconut, broccoli and cabbage. I picked up similar stuff to make it at home.
For tonight’s snack I got their energii bites. Which I don’t think I’ll get again for a night snack because their more like a dessert.
After getting produce from our local produce stuff
Taco rice bowls are soooo easy to make and so tasty.
I instant pot chicken breasts in water and taco seasoning. While the chicken is in the instant pot I sauté chopped peppers and onions with a tablespoon of taco seasoning. I microwaved Ben’s express rice.
It makes meal prep just so much easier.
I have the same breakfast every morning. 2 whole eggs , 1 egg white and a cup of watermelon. I used to eat more carbs at breakfast but I found during the day I got tired in the afternoon.
Thankfully Monday is done!
